Chamomile tea is said to have many health benefits including the potential ability to reduce inflammation. It also has high levels of antioxidants. That information and the fact that it has a true "zen" inducing effect make it the perfect candidate for a soap base.
To create "Cozy Chamomile", I took a strong base of freshly brewed chamomile tea and combined it with the most calming (literally and figuratively) essential oils in my arsenal, rose geranium, lavender, and frankincense. I didn't want to override the sweat floral scent of the chamomile so I went light on the frankincense, giving it enough to help but not too much to take over. The resulting soap is perfect for my sun-kissed and aggravated skin as well as my frazzled over stimulated mind.

To prolong the life of your natural soap please do not leave soap in water or in direct spray of the shower. It will get mushy. You can also cut your bars using a butter knife. If you are a shower poof person use your poof by rubbing the bar on it to create a lather. Though, I do prefer to use them directly on my face, body and hair!
